Ordering & Payment
A goaliegear.ca/hockey-world.ca agent will call you for payment within 24 hours upon receiving the order between the hours of 10am to 7pm Eastern Time Zone, Monday to Friday or 10am to 4pm Eastern Time Zone on Saturday. No orders will be processed on Sundays or Canadian Holidays.

We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

Taxes
Ontario, B.C., Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland residents pay 13% HST.
U.S. residents pay no taxes.
International residents and shipments must clear local customs before entering the receiving country. International residents are responsible for researching taxes, duties, and custom fees.

Prices
All prices on goaliegear.ca and hockey-world.ca are in CANADIAN FUNDS!

Inventory
At goaliegear.ca and hockey-world.ca we try to be 100% accurate with our inventory but sometimes errors do happen. Before goaliegear.ca/hockey-world.ca agent contacts you for payment, we will confirm item or items are in stock and we will reserve them for your purchase.

Return Policy
All returns must include the original Order Summary and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call us at 519-685-2227 or email goaliegearsales@gmail.com for an RA number. No shipments will be accepted without this number.

All returns must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries and returns without RA # are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales for jocks, athletic supporters, goal jocks, and pelvic protectors are FINAL.

Special orders and Team Orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.

Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.

There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any products that are not returned in the original packaging and/or box, undamaged. The same 25% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not properly shipped, either in a separate box, envelope or wrapped in shipping paper.

Exchanges
When you order a product that does not fit or you would like to exchange it for another size/item we are glad to help. GoalieGear.ca & Hockey-World.ca (Perani's Hockey World CANADA) will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. You will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. This ensures the new product is in stock and is being reserved for you. The new order will ship immediately and a credit will be issued once the return arrives.

Warranties & Guaranties
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper uses are not covered by warranty. Items must be seen by us before any decision can be made. Some warranties are covered directly through the manufacturer so be sure to contact us before sending any product. Some manufacturers may choose to repair rather than replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks.

Shipping and Handling Rates & Policies
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY THE CONSUMER. We currently ship to Canada and internationally. For ALL shipping rates please contact us. NOTE: Oversized or overweight items may be subject to additional shipping charges. Delivery times vary depending on the region but shipping times are 3-7 business days within North America. We cannot guarantee any delivery times of shipments but we do try ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. Shipping is priced for the individual item and will vary depending on the quantity order at check out. Please contact us for an exact shipping charge when you order multiply items.

Duty, Taxes and Customs
Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

Oversized Items
Shipping oversized or heavy items such as Goals or Pucks (cases) cost extra.

Privacy and Security
All information entered and received on goaliegear.ca and hockey-world.ca will remain private and confidential. We will not share or sell consumer information to other companies or third parties. Our goal is making sure the consumer feels 100% safe while shopping at goaliegear.ca and hockey-world.ca.

Perani's Hockey World Inc. CANADA
We are Canadian company and unfortunately, we do not offer the same pricing or offers that our American stores or American website offer. We strive to give our consumer the same affordability, selection, and service that our American stores and web site offers.
